We’re Glad You’re Here!
We’re always happy to meet new patients, whether you’re bringing in a family pet or managing a herd. If you’re new to the area or looking for a veterinary clinic for your animals, our team would be glad to help.
We are currently accepting new clients at both our Brodhead and Monroe locations. Appointments are scheduled by phone, and a $65 deposit is required at the time of scheduling, which will be applied to your first visit. You can also complete our new client form ahead of your appointment to help make your first visit smoother.

Veterinary Care for Pets and Farm Animals
Brodhead Veterinary Medical Center is a true mixed-animal practice, providing care for both companion animals and farm animals throughout Green County, Rock County, and surrounding communities. Whether you’re bringing in a family pet or managing animals on the farm, our team is here to help.
Small Animal Care
From a puppy’s first visit to senior care for an aging pet, we provide care for dogs and cats throughout every stage of life. Many families who bring their pets to our clinic today grew up coming here themselves, and now trust us with the next generation of pets.
Large Animal Care
We work closely with farm families, equine owners, and hobby farmers across the region. Our large-animal veterinarians provide on-farm care within approximately 30 miles of our clinic locations, and we also offer a haul-in facility for animals coming from outside that area.

Our Story and Recognition
Brodhead Veterinary Medical Center began in 1951, when Dr. Miller started practicing out of a garage in a community where he knew many of his clients by name. More than seventy years later, we remain independently owned and family operated, continuing to care for the pets and farm animals of Green and Rock counties.
Over the years, the clinic has grown to include a second location in Monroe, allowing us to serve more families and farms while keeping the same team and values at the center of what we do. Our doctors continue to expand their knowledge and training so we can provide thoughtful, practical care for the animals that depend on us.
